Surfight was started by Joel Tudor and Magid Hage. Together they bring over 30 years of experience in martial arts, training with two of the most respected Jiu-Jitsu competition teams in the world, Carlson Gracie Team and Gracie Barra. Surfight combines that level of training with a culture inspired by the ocean.

Located in Del Mar, California, Surfight serves the greater North County San Diego area, including Carmel Valley, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Encinitas, and nearby coastal communities. Students travel from across the region to train in a program that blends world-class instruction with a unique surf-inspired atmosphere.
